Determining Al-Dosari's participation
Al-Hilal's first football team's "final" training session on Monday, ahead of the match against UAE's Shabab Al-Ahli, will determine whether Salem Al-Dosari will participate or not. The match will take place at the Kingdom Arena in Riyadh as part of the fourth round of the Elite Asian Champions League, according to a source close to "Al-Riyadiah".
Absences and injuries
Al-Dosari missed his team's last match against Al-Fateh in the 12th round of the Saudi Pro League last Saturday, which the Blues won 2-0 due to injury. Al-Dosari started and played the full 90 minutes in the third round of the Elite Asian Champions League against Qatari Al-Shahaniya, which they lost 1-3.
Inzaghi's preparations
Italian coach Simone Inzaghi will put the finishing touches on training for the Shabab Al-Ahli clash on Monday after holding a press conference with one of the players to discuss the technical preparations for facing the UAE team.
Other absences
The Asian clash will see the absence of Dutch player Crescencio Sammer due to a disciplinary ban by the continental football federation, as well as Brazilian Gabriel Martinelli, who is suffering from a hamstring injury sustained during his team's match against Al-Qadsiah in the 11th round of the Saudi Pro League on October 23. Al-Hilal's account announced on the "X" platform that the player needs treatment and rehabilitation for a period ranging between 10-15 days. Martinelli missed the matches against Qatari Al-Shahaniya in the Elite Asian Champions League and the match against Al-Fateh in the "Pro League".
