Central Financial Control Agency Concludes Oral Exams for Assistant Inspector Competition
The Central Financial Control Agency in Damascus concluded oral exams for the assistant inspector competition.

The Central Financial Control Agency in Damascus concluded today, Monday, the oral exams for the "Assistant Inspector" competition, using an evaluation system based on three specialized committees to ensure efficiency and fairness in dealing with the large number of applicants. This mechanism provided sufficient time and space for each competitor to present their qualifications, thereby reinforcing the principle of equal opportunity and ensuring the selection of the most competent candidates to protect public funds.

In the same context, Shadi al-Ibrahim, Director of Administrative Development at the Agency, clarified that the committees adopted professional standards that included personal traits, previous experience, and required skills, within a framework of integrity and transparency. He emphasized that the competition aims to provide the Agency with qualified technical cadres capable of performing supervisory tasks efficiently, noting that the committees dealt with applicants and considered their place of residence to facilitate their participation.

For his part, al-Ibrahim stated that approximately 1,500 people submitted applications for the competition, and after verification, 1,350 applicants underwent the written exam, of whom 710 competitors succeeded in reaching the oral stage. Contestant Mhand Aqila, a graduate of the Faculty of Economics, stated that the interview provided sufficient opportunity to showcase skills through objective questions related to the specialization, which enhanced confidence in the integrity of the process.

Contestant Abdul Aziz al-Hamoud, also a graduate of the Faculty of Economics, pointed out that the exam took place in a comfortable and organized atmosphere, and the questions covered specialized aspects and general culture, contributing to a professional and fair interview. The Agency had announced on September 17 the names of those who passed the written exam held on the 12th of the same month.
