The celebration culminated in the film's award for Best Film by the audience in the "Film AlUla" program, in addition to winning a number of Al Yusr Awards and public-oriented appreciation awards that enhanced its artistic value.
The commercial release of the film "Cologne" began in Egyptian cinemas at the beginning of this year 2026, and since its transition from traditional theater screens to digital platforms, the work has succeeded in continuing to attract increasing numbers of viewers and followers, to maintain its dominant presence and compete among the most prominent cinematic works available to the public during the current period.
The film brings together a distinctive combination of stars, as the work co-starred alongside the young artist Ahmed Malek, the able artist Kamel Al-Basha, Mayan Al-Sayed, Abed Anani, Dunia Maher, and Hala Marzouk. The work is produced by producer Mohamed Hefzy, and directed by director Mohamed Siam.
