Dialogue Workshop at Hama Culture Directorate to Develop Institutional Performance
Hama's Culture Directorate organizes a workshop for volunteer staff to develop leadership and institutional performance skills.

The Culture Directorate in Hama province held an interactive dialogue workshop today, Thursday, aimed at empowering volunteer cadres and developing institutional performance, with the participation of key members of local bodies and teams.

The workshop was led by consultant and institutional performance development trainer Mustafa Al-Sayed Muhammad, in the directorate's hall. The session focused on equipping participants with leadership skills and managing field disputes, forming a practical platform for developing joint work tools.

Axes of Building Systems

The workshop covered five fundamental axes for building effective teams, including strategies for selecting new members and distributing roles and responsibilities according to personal qualifications, with a focus on mechanisms to boost motivation and enhance institutional affiliation.

Discussions highlighted the importance of engineering organizational pathways for managing internal conflicts and measuring the final output volume of groups, to ensure directing human energies toward planned goals with high efficiency and away from randomness.

Strategies for Dealing with Cadres

Trainer Mustafa Al-Sayed Muhammad explained to the Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA) that the dialogue focused on deconstructing the nature of voluntary work and the stages of group formation, highlighting common mistakes made by administrations when distributing field tasks.

Mr. Muhammad pointed out that problem-solving strategies aim primarily to enhance participatory leadership skills and develop contemporary institutional performance, overcoming previous organizational gaps, which positively reflects on output quality and achieves the required flexibility.

This training event comes within the context of Hama Culture Directorate's plans to expand knowledge outlets and hold specialized seminars that raise the efficiency of local cadres in the province, and provide a continuous educational environment supporting the empowerment of young initiatives.
