Dr. Ali Bulut has published the book "The Sufficient Rhetoric: Ma'ani – Bayan – Badi'" within the framework of interest in Arabic language sciences and its rhetoric. The book covers the branches, rules, and concepts of Arabic rhetoric in a simplified style targeting university students and those interested in the Arabic language. The author relies on sources of Arab heritage and modern references, focusing on selecting examples and explaining their vocabulary and connotations, which helps the reader deeply understand the meanings of literary and religious texts.

The book covers the three sciences of rhetoric: Ma'ani, Bayan, and Badi', presenting their topics in a clear style that considers the needs of learners, while minimizing technical subdivisions that might burden understanding without abandoning their scientific foundations and heritage sources. The author relies on a collection of Quranic, Hadith, and literary evidences, explaining vocabulary that requires clarification, and highlighting meanings and contexts that help understand rhetorical styles and their functions in text construction. He also pays attention to diacritizing the evidences.

For his part, Professor Dr. Ali Bulut stated in an interview with "SANA": "I presented this book with the aim of re-emphasizing Arabic rhetoric as a living tool for appreciating linguistic beauty and understanding the objectives of religious and literary texts, not merely as silent molds and rules. We sought to simplify the difficulties of the scientific material for university students and study circles, while maintaining complete adherence to heritage rigor and the depth of Quranic and Prophetic evidence, making the work a combination of foundational authenticity and noble educational purpose."

The book targets students of Arabic language and Islamic studies, as well as researchers in rhetoric sciences, in addition to teachers wishing to benefit from a methodological presentation that combines rules, evidences, and interpretation. The educational importance of the book lies in providing an entry point that helps understand rhetorical terms and apply them in reading texts, while noting the necessity of referring to specialized sources when expanding research and analysis.

It is worth mentioning that Professor Dr. Ali Bulut is a Turkish academic specializing in the Arabic language and its rhetoric. He graduated from the Faculty of Theology at Marmara University and completed his doctoral thesis on Sibawayh's methodology in addressing certain grammatical issues in his book. He has worked in several educational institutions and Turkish universities, and served as the head of the Arabic Language and Rhetoric Department at the Faculty of Theology at Istanbul University. He has authored numerous works on rhetoric, grammar, and language.
