Erdogan calls on Turkic states to strengthen efforts to resolve the Palestinian issue
Turkish President Erdogan urges Turkic nations to intensify efforts for a just Palestinian solution.

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan called on the member states of the Organization of Turkic States to intensify their efforts to reach a just solution to the Palestinian issue, describing it as a "bleeding wound." This came during a speech he delivered on Friday in the capital Ankara, as part of the 13th summit of the Council of Heads of State of the Organization.

Aid and Reconstruction

Erdogan stressed the necessity of providing the necessary contribution to deliver humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip and to begin reconstruction works as soon as possible. He also expressed his hope that the recent escalation in tensions with Iran would be directed towards diplomacy rather than weapons.

Strengthening Unity and the Organization

Erdogan emphasized that establishing peace and stability in the South Caucasus would provide important opportunities for the countries of the region and for the entire Turkic world. He pointed out that Turkey aims, during its rotating presidency, to convert the Organization's institutional capital into tangible gains, while strengthening common interests based on the "win-win" principle.

Technology and Future Vision

He also stressed that there is no place for division, distance, or disagreement in the Turkic world, saying: "We are all one, united, and brothers from eternity and forever." He announced that Turkey would work during its presidency to develop an action plan for artificial intelligence and digital development based on a results-oriented approach.
