The two-day forum will discuss real estate investment opportunities, sustainable urban planning, digital transformation, real estate technologies, construction technologies, and financing, with the participation of a select group of real estate industry leaders and experts, developers, investors, engineering and construction companies, and representatives of institutions and sectors related to urban development.
New initiatives and projects
Hussam Al-Rais, Director General of the Technical Network for Business and Events (TNBE), the organizing body of the forum, stated in an interview with a SANA correspondent that this year's edition represents a landmark in launching urban initiatives and projects. He noted that the forum will feature the presentation of the "Islamic Construction Contract" by a delegation from the Board of Directors of the Arab Union for Real Estate Development.
He pointed out that the forum's program includes a meeting with the team of "Abyat Hills for Investment and Real Estate Development" to launch detailed plans and announce the allocation of the first phase of its projects. Additionally, the "Syria Real Estate Platform" will be launched as a specialized media platform, along with the second version of the "Key Finder" app, developed by Syrian software engineers to provide technical solutions supporting real estate decision-making.
He revealed that the UAE group "Damac" will participate in the forum to share its expertise in investment return management and real estate culture. He added that the forum will serve as a preparation stage for the next edition in August 2027 at the Damascus Fairground, which will offer integrated and unconventional housing solutions.
The first edition of the forum was held in Damascus in November 2025, featuring high-level strategic and professional dialogue sessions with 30 local and international speakers, attracting more than 1,320 specialists and sector leaders representing over 140 companies from more than 12 nationalities.
