Netanyahu Rejects Pleading Guilty, Speaks of Overthrowing the Iranian Regime
Netanyahu denies guilt in his trial and discusses plans to topple the Iranian regime.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu refused to plead guilty to corruption charges in his trial, insisting that the deal was impossible. Netanyahu spoke to reporters from "Haredi" media outlets on Tuesday, describing the files against him as fabricated.

In the same context, Netanyahu added that he had vowed the fall of the Iranian regime, describing it as weaker than ever. He pointed to indications that Iran and its proxies are seeking to challenge Israel before the general elections scheduled for October 27.

For his part, he mentioned that Netanyahu has been wanted since 2024 to appear before the International Criminal Court on charges of war crimes. He added that he sees a window of cooperation with US President Donald Trump as an opportunity to address the Iranian threat before his term ends in 2029.
