Two Palestinians were injured in the village of Far'ata west of Salfit, coinciding with a raid and arrest campaign covering multiple areas of the West Bank. The Palestinian News Agency "Wafa" quoted local sources as saying that dozens of settlers attacked the village and attempted to steal sheep, severely beating two young Palestinians and injuring them, before the village youth intervened and drove them away.
For his part, occupation soldiers carried out a raid campaign during which they arrested two young men from the town of Silat al-Harithiya west of Jenin, a young man near Qalandia camp north of Jerusalem, and another from Husan west of Bethlehem. Occupation forces also stormed the town of Tamun southeast of Tubas early today, patrolled its neighborhoods, raided citizens' homes, and detained 17 citizens for field interrogation.
Sources added that occupation bulldozers leveled approximately 31 dunams of citizens' land in the town of Beit Rima northwest of Ramallah, and uprooted more than 400 olive trees. Meanwhile, a group of settlers attacked the village of Atara north of Ramallah, burned two citizens' vehicles, and wrote racist slogans on properties before leaving the scene.
It was noted that three Palestinians, including a woman, were killed by occupation fire yesterday in Khan Younis in Gaza, while others were arrested in the West Bank.
