PSG Tops the Standings
French club Paris Saint-Germain secured the top spot in the third round of the UEFA Champions League group stage by defeating Spanish visitors Barcelona 4-2 on Tuesday at the "Parc des Princes" stadium.
With this victory, Paris Saint-Germain achieved their third consecutive win, raising their tally to 9 points at the top of the standings, while Barcelona suffered their first defeat in 13 matches across all competitions, remaining on 6 points.

Desire Doue opened the scoring for the Parisian side in the 38th minute, ending the first half with a 1-0 lead for the home team, before Xavi Serrano equalized for Barcelona in the 55th minute.

Fabian Ruiz sealed the match by scoring PSG's fourth goal in the 87th minute, capitalizing on a cross from Moroccan player Achraf Hakimi, confirming the home team's superiority and securing three valuable points.
Liverpool Reverses Deficit Against Villarreal
