Quneitra Post Launches International Express Mail Service to Facilitate Transactions
Quneitra Post introduces international express mail for the first time to facilitate document dispatch and reduce costs for citizens.

The Quneitra Post Directorate announced the launch of the international express mail service, a new initiative aimed at facilitating the rapid and secure dispatch of documents and correspondence, while significantly reducing shipping times and costs. This step comes to enable citizens to complete their international transactions more easily and enhance document exchange between Syria and various countries around the world, serving the interests of both expatriates and residents alike.

Khadija Hani, Director of Quneitra Post, stated in an interview with the Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA) on Saturday that this service is available at the post office for the first time and is part of the General Post Establishment's strategy to expand its international service network. She noted that the service is characterized by fast delivery and affordable prices for everyone, contributing to reducing the time, effort, and costs previously borne by citizens when relying on private shipping companies.

The Director also highlighted the significant importance of providing such postal services in facilitating expatriates' transactions and strengthening family and commercial ties. She pointed out that during the past week, urgent mail containing official documents was sent to Egypt, noting that the process of benefiting from the service begins by registering the sender's details in detail and specifying the required destination. The number of documents and official papers successfully transported and processed so far has reached 456 documents.

She added that this service is part of the Quneitra Post Directorate's efforts to develop its post offices after qualifying them and connecting them to the central network. This development aims to provide a comprehensive range of basic services, alleviate the burden of travel for the province's residents, and enable them to access services in their residential areas without the need to commute.
