The Russian Ministry of Defense announced on Sunday the targeting of a logistics center in the Ukrainian city of Rivne and a cargo ship it said was carrying military equipment off the port of Odesa. The ministry confirmed in a statement that the Russian army launched nighttime attacks with drones on logistics centers, ports, and ships serving Ukrainian forces.
It noted that the attacks targeted a facility belonging to "Novaya Pochta" in Rivne, which was storing dual-use shipments, including components for drones. It also targeted a ship 30 kilometers east of the port of Odesa.

For her part, the Russian technology company VK confirmed that its data center in the Leningrad region was attacked, noting that its digital services continue to operate normally.
The governor of the Leningrad region, Alexander Drozdenko, announced the shooting down of 126 Ukrainian drones, pointing out damage to homes, power lines, and vehicles.
Reactions and Context
No immediate comment was issued by the Ukrainian side on the Russian statements. Since February 24, 2022, Russia has been waging a military offensive against Ukraine, and has made an end to it contingent on Kyiv abandoning its bid to join Western blocs, which Kyiv considers interference in its internal affairs.
