The Syrian Ministry of Culture issued the sixth issue of the cultural and artistic magazine 'Al-Sham', which focuses on the Syrian cultural presence locally and internationally, and the role of the intellectual in producing knowledge.
In the same context, the editorial addressed the ethical responsibility of the intellectual, while the editor-in-chief focused on transformations in Syrian society and how to preserve the depth of knowledge.
The magazine also reviewed the achievements of the Syrian National Library since May 2025, including the digitization and restoration of 295 original manuscripts, and discussed issues related to youth investment and volunteer culture.
The artistic sections added a study on traditional Syrian crafts listed in UNESCO heritage, along with coverage of artistic events such as the concert of artist Asala Nasri.
