On Saturday, two Palestinians were killed, one after targeting a civilian vehicle and the other as a result of injuries sustained in previous Israeli shelling, at a time when the Israeli occupation army continues its systematic violations of the ceasefire agreement in force in the Gaza Strip, by carrying out blowing up buildings and intense shooting in various areas.
Medical sources in the Gaza Strip reported that a Palestinian was killed after an Israeli drone bombed a civilian knee on Al-Rashid Street, west of Nuseirat refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip.
Eyewitnesses indicated that the drone targeted the vehicle while it was traveling on the sea road, and as soon as the citizens fled, the same plane returned to bomb the site with four different missiles.
In the city of Khan Younis, the medical authorities announced the death of the citizen Muhammad Saeed Al-Bayuk as a result of his injuries sustained during a previous targeting of the Al-Mawasi area in the west of the city.
Intensive Bombing Operations in Khan Younis and Targeting Gaza Neighborhoods
Local and field sources revealed that the occupation forces carried out four consecutive blowing up of residential buildings east of Khan Younis, in conjunction with heavy gunfire and shells from Israeli tanks stationed towards the eastern areas of the city.
In Gaza City, the occupation forces fired heavily in the vicinity of Al-Hashemiya School and Al-Mahatta Park in Al-Tuffah neighborhood, east of the city, while "Quad Captain" drones opened fire directly towards the homes of citizens near Salah Al-Din Street in Al-Shujaiya and Al-Tuffah neighborhoods.
The latest data from the Ministry of Health in Gaza showed that the number of martyrs since the ceasefire agreement, which came into effect on October 11, 2025, has risen to 1,098 dead, in addition to 3,535 injuries, while the total toll of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023 has reached about 73,221 martyrs and 173,643 wounded.
Escalation and Bloody Attacks by Settlers in the West Bank
In parallel, the West Bank is witnessing a continuous escalation in Israeli settler attacks, which have ranged from targeting homes and residents to vandalizing agricultural lands and infrastructure under the direct protection of the occupying forces.
In the village of Al-Mughayyir, northeast of Ramallah, 4 Palestinians were injured by live bullets and rubber bullets following an attack by settlers and the occupation forces on the home of the "Abu Ata" family. In the southern West Bank, 4 other Palestinians were injured during an attack carried out by settlers on the residents of the Aqwawes area in Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron, and Palestinians documented that settlers detained a number of young men in the area of Al-Ain al-Zarqa in the village of Beitlo for more than 5 hours at gunpoint.
Local sources indicated that the occupation forces uprooted more than 300 trees and cut water lines in the northern Jordan Valley, while carrying out extensive incursions in towns in several governorates, including the arrest of a freed prisoner from Nablus and two young men from Qalandia camp.
In the same context, a semi-annual report issued by the Palestinian Commission for Resistance to the Wall and Settlements confirmed that settlers carried out 3,488 attacks during the first half of 2026, including the burning of homes and vehicles and the seizure of land, as part of a systematic policy of harassment and displacement of Palestinians.
