The Yemeni Armed Forces announced on Monday the death and injury of approximately 382 Houthi militia members, and the destruction and damage of 140 vehicles, armored vehicles, and heavy artillery pieces, resulting from 1,276 targeting operations across various fronts and axes during the past 24 hours, as part of the ongoing "Yemen Dawn" operation.
The official spokesperson for the Yemeni Armed Forces, Colonel Majid Al-Nazili, clarified in a statement published on the "X" platform that the targeting operations included field command and control centers, defensive positions, firing positions, military reinforcements, transportation and supply means, weapons and ammunition depots, as well as the Houthi militia's capabilities to manage combat operations.
Taiz.. Surprise operations and air support
On the Taiz front, Al-Nazili confirmed that the Armed Forces, supported by popular resistance, carried out surprise operations in several axes, with air support from the war aviation, which contributed to extinguishing fire sources, hindering militia reinforcement movements, and improving the tactical situation of the forces in several valleys and controlling positions.
On the fronts of Al-Jawf, Marib, Al-Bayda, and the southern and southwestern fronts, Al-Nazili pointed out that Armed Forces units continue their combat operations at a synchronized pace, targeting militia movements, their defensive positions, and supply lines, thereby limiting their ability to transfer reserves between fronts or concentrate their forces in a single combat axis.
Yemen confirms continuation of operations against Houthis
Al-Nazili clarified that the continuation of operations and the synchronization of combat efforts across various fronts reflect a high level of readiness and the ability to continue pressure on the Houthi militia, deplete its combat capabilities, and achieve accumulated field gains, confirming that the Armed Forces will continue to execute their military missions according to the requirements of the field situation, while adhering to the provisions of international humanitarian law and taking necessary precautions to protect civilians and civilian objects.
The Yemeni Armed Forces had announced yesterday the death and injury of approximately 218 Houthi militia members, and the destruction and damage of 78 vehicles, armored vehicles, military means, and heavy and medium artillery pieces, through 753 targeting operations against the militia as part of the ongoing "Yemen Dawn" operation.
