Youth Development Program at Project Syria 2026 Exhibition Offers 370 Job Opportunities
Project Syria 2026 launches a youth development program linking talents to the job market via a database offering 370 opportunities.

The "Project Syria 2026" exhibition for construction, civil engineering, and real estate development, which launched on November 2, has introduced a youth development program aimed at connecting young talents with the job market, providing approximately 370 job opportunities so far.

Ahmed Kilani, director of the International Exhibitions Company (IFP) in Syria, clarified that the program aims to empower Syrian youth to enter the job market by linking engineers, graduates, and local and international companies. He noted that it works on building a database of talents to study their qualifications and match them with companies' requirements.

For his part, architecture engineering student Qusoura Al-Sanakri highlighted the program's importance for job seekers looking for opportunities matching their specializations, explaining that registration procedures are limited to submitting personal data, with the organizing body selecting suitable companies for each applicant.

Engineer Manar Arabi emphasized the importance of the initiative in creating a database of talents within and outside Syria, thereby enhancing knowledge exchange and supporting youth participation in the recovery and reconstruction phase. He pointed out that the program allows for identifying young people's expertise and linking it to job market needs.

The exhibition's activities, under the patronage of the Ministry of Public Works and Housing and under the slogan "Syria Stronger," conclude tomorrow, Thursday.
